Everything in the store is carried out upon request, so we apologize for not exchanging or returning any order, especially those that contain names, personal photos, or personal details.

Unless there is a clear defect in the product or an error in implementation and this has been proven, which is a rare occurrence, the customer has the right to exchange or return without any additional amounts.

How long does shipping take?
Since all of our products are printed and handmade, the time for executing the order and delivering it to shipping companies may take from six to eight working days, excluding Friday and Saturday. The store does not bear any delay caused by shipping companies.

We disclaim responsibility for any shipment returned to us due to the customer not responding to the representative’s or shipping companies’ calls, and for any shipment that its owner does not receive for a period of 15 days. If the customer wishes to resend his order, he must pay the shipping cost again.

* What is the freight charge?
Home delivery via shipping company
The shipping price is 30 dirhams to all regions of the United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪 and 50 dirhams to the western region.
The shipping price is fixed, regardless of the quantity.

 

* Can I gift the product to a friend?
Yes, just write in the notes while ordering that the product is a gift and attach the recipient’s number
